Project Description
Scrum poker is an application developed in C#, WPF and used to facilitate a Scrum planning session (traditionally using planning poker cards). The application uses Team Foundation Server (tfs) with the Conchango Scrum template as the source for product backlog items.

Information

The application is composed of 2 separate components, the project owner and developer "views"
Project Owner:
This view consists of the overview of the team. It has the ability to query Team Foundation Server (TFS) for project backlog items and gathers the votes from the team members.



Developer:
This gives a summary view of the selected backlog item. The developer will then vote according to his/her estimate.


Notes:
The application depends on the free Conchango Scrum Template to be installed on the Team Foundation project that is being viewed.
